We thought it was a good time to dive into the topic of RELATIONSHIPS, as this was the topic requested in our private facebook group ( - which, by the way, you are free to join!

We all know the importance of cultivating peace in our lives when it comes to our experience of health on all levels of our being. For most humans (use included!) our experience in relationships can be very challenging, especially in those relationships that matter most to us.

In this conversation we talk about deepening our understanding of where stress actually comes from, which supports how we show up in relation to ourself and others.
