Dr. Pettit explains how chronic mental stress has a drastic impact on both mental and physical health. Most importantly, Dr. Pettit offers the simple and elegant remedy to experience peace of mind and body. He shares just briefly a couple out of the hundreds of amazingly transformational stories from the healing that he has witnessed over his career as a psychiatrist. I certainly do look forward to round two with Dr. Pettit on the podcast some day in the future.
